About You You are a passionate and skilled drummer with a strong background in music performance and education. With experience in one-to-one tuition, you have a proven ability to develop students' technical proficiency, musicality, and confidence. You understand the demands of GCE A-level Music performance assessments and can tailor lessons to suit individual student needs. You are confident in supporting live performances, examinations, and coursework recordings, bringing both technical expertise and enthusiasm to your teaching. Your ability to mentor and inspire students, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, makes you a valuable addition to the Performing and Visual Arts Department. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to support the musical development of A-level Music students through expert drumming tuition. You will deliver high-quality one-to-one lessons, helping students refine their technique, repertoire, and performance skills. Working closely with the Teacher in Charge of Music, you will prepare students for assessments, contribute to concert performances, and assist with the recording of coursework. Your role will also involve mentoring students, liaising with parents, and fostering external industry connections.
