This includes all aspects of contractual documentation and maintaining accurate employee data related to personal details, job details, pay, benefits, and voluntary deductions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the timely and accurate production and issue of contractual documentation/correspondence for new starts, leavers, and all contractual changes across all job levels.
2. Ensure timely and accurate updates of employee records in the HR & Payroll system and employee files.
3. Support the timely and accurate processing of pay for all employees on a monthly basis, including new starts, leavers, contractual changes, benefits adjustments, salary sacrifice, and voluntary deductions.
