Qualifications:
1. A degree in Geography or relevant accredited RTPI degree in Town Planning.
2. Alternatively, a Master's degree with RTPI accreditation is welcomed.
3. MRTPI qualification or actively working towards chartership is a plus.
4. Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in town planning within the public or private sector.
Essential Skills:
1. Proactive time management with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
2. Demonstrate high-quality working practices to support senior team members.
3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent written communication and presentation skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
5. Project management, teamwork, and client service skills are essential.
6. Collaborative skills to liaise with colleagues and clients, with the opportunity to manage individual projects.
Desirable Skills:
1. Possession of a UK driving license.
