Role Details: Location: Lincoln Pay: Starting at £140 per day, with potential to rise ⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only) Focus: Supporting secondary-age students with a KS2 curriculum What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering KS2-level lessons to secondary-age students within an SEN setting Creating a supportive and engaging learning environment Differentiating lesson plans to meet individual learning needs Managing behaviour and supporting students with SEMH and additional needs Working closely with support staff, therapists, and SENCOs to ensure student progress What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential Experience in SEN education and supporting students with additional needs Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills A patient, empathetic, and adaptable teaching style Ability to create tailored lesson plans to suit diverse learning needs Why Join Us?
