These courses are designed for individuals whose first language is not English and who wish to enhance their skills to support their children’s education, improve employment opportunities, or pursue further education. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning programmes tailored to meet individual and group needs. Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and record outcomes in line with College procedures. Support learners with diverse needs and backgrounds through guidance, performance management, and collaboration with the Adult Learner Service team. Stay up-to-date with subject developments to ensure teaching methods are current and relevant. Promote Adult Learning courses and assist in marketing initiatives as required. Engage in professional development and self-evaluation to continuously improve teaching practices. Foster a welcoming, focused, and enjoyable learning environment that promotes success and confidence.
