The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the Software and Device Lifecycle processes, ensuring all software in the Windows EUS Build is in a supported state and the Devices remain supported.
About the Role
Working in the EUS team, you will be responsible for delivering continued End User Support to our clients. This includes creating and maintaining the refresh and lifecycle of devices within an estate of over 40k+ devices.
Your Skills and Experience
* Subject Matter Expert in Release and Deployment Management
* Knowledge of Service Management Best Practice
* Computer literate, including a good working knowledge of relevant computer software
* ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certificate
* ITIL V3/4 Expert or ITIL4 Managing Professional or ITL4 Strategic Leader
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (DV) clearance. You must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 10 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
