Customer Service Agent
Location: Slough, UK
Contract: Temporary (Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week)

Our client is a leader in Financial Services, based in new and modern office location in Slough. Northreach are supporting them in their search to find multiple Customer Service Agents and Representatives to join their talented team during their peak periods over the next 6-months.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and guidance on a range of financial services. You will handle queries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Responding to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
✅ Handling account queries, payments, and general financial service-related questions
✅ Providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner
✅ Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
✅ Updating customer records and maintaining accurate data
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Previous experience in customer service, ideally within financial services
🔹 Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
🔹 Ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism
🔹 Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
🔹 Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
