Registered Manager for Supported Accommodation (Bradford)
Dynamic team overseeing the day-to-day running of our supported accommodation services.
As a Registered Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of our young people, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care and support.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide overall leadership and direction for our supported accommodation services
2. Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, local authority requirements, and other relevant legislation
3. Oversee the development, implementation, and review of person-centred care plans
4. Lead and manage a team of support workers, providing access to training, supervision, and performance management
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Registration with Ofsted children’s residential home as a Registered Manager is advantageous
2. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or a willingness to work towards this
3. Proven experience of at least three years in a team leader/senior/management role within children’s services/supported accommodation services
4. In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, local authority requirements, and relevant legislation
5. A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
