You will be responsible for delivering the following technical and specialist functions efficiently:
Managing the gas servicing, thermostatic mixing valve, and electrical testing programs
Overseeing the maintenance and servicing contracts
Administering utility contracts
Processing asset data for property and component records
This role includes statutory compliance reporting in these areas and collaborating with the Team Leader and Service Contracts Officer to address equipment and contractor performance issues.
It is crucial that all work managed or supervised adheres to contractual, regulatory, and legislative standards.
About You
Your professional experience should include:
At least two years of experience in a social housing property related role
A proven track record (3+ years) of planning and managing equipment servicing programs
Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook—is essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage your own workload, and a flexible, adaptable approach to meet service demands are critical for success in this role.
