Role: BAR MANAGER The Other House are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and creative Bar Manager to join the Team at South Kensington. You will work closely with F&B Manager and be tasked to create a cohesive environment amongst The Other Kitchen and The Owl and Monkey. We want to breed a culture of one team, and it is instrumental that the Bar Manager has the foresight and management skills to help orchestrate this. The Ideal Candidate should have excellent Customer Service and real passion with everything related to Food and Drink. They need to have a strong background in cocktails and bar operations with a passion for creating memorable moments. They may have managed a relatively high-end bar operation previously and are now looking to grow within an entrepreneurial and ambitious brand, with excellent opportunities for development. You: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or independent Cocktail bar or Brasserie setting. Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and grace. A truly magnectic personality - one that both our residents, guests and team will buy into Knowledge of the licensing Laws, regulations, and safe serving practises.
