We're on the lookout for an additional Junior Account Manager to strengthen the team and support our SME client base to help them grow further with partner marketing. The Junior Account Manager role is the face of Thoughtmix. You'll be managing c. 15 Clients of all different shapes and sizes. You will lead the service delivery to the Client, managing their marketing campaigns, budget and most importantly, the Client relationship. Your main objectives are to ensure you are delivering against the objectives of our Clients, working alongside the Campaign and Account Executives to meet and exceed their expectations. This role is ideal for an existing Junior Account Manager to progress in a new discipline, or for a Marketing Executive looking to specialise. Responsibilities: Advise c. 15 Clients on their partner marketing strategy with support from Account Directors and Client Services Manager Making recommendations and implementing strategies to grow their partner program. Build and maintain strong relationships with your Clients and key partners. Collaborate with the Campaign team to negotiate and book in exposure with our partners on behalf of your Clients, whilst building relationships and discovering new partners. Hold bi-weekly or monthly calls with your Clients to update them on new opportunities and progress. Ensures affiliate portfolio on Client’s program is consistent with the clients own objectives and requirements Frequent face-to-face meetings with Clients. Attend industry networking events to meet with partners. Act as a first line of escalation for the Account Executives. Essential Key Skills: Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good customer service skills and able to contribute within a team environment. Accuracy, strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills required. Willingness to help and support. A consistent, reliable, flexible manner and good timekeeper.
