Our Reeds Rains branch in York, North Yorkshire are looking to recruit a highly motivated Sales Negotiator on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Sales Negotiator working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:
1. On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £22,000 to £25,000 per annum
2. Salary starting from £17,500 per annum
3. 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays
4. 5-Day working week

In the role of a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for growing and developing the business within the branch by:
7. Generating and conducting Viewings
8. Winning and gaining new applicants
9. Business Prospecting and proactive activity
10. Local market knowledge and networking
11. Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, lettings)
12. Displaying excellent customer service at all times
This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
