ROLE : Accounts Receivable Assistant SALARY : £30,000 - £32,000 (DOE) LOCATION : Leamington-Spa (office-based) THE COMPANY : We are currently working with a leading medical device distributor, based in Leamington, who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. Health and wellness benefits. DUTIES : Record and reconcile incoming payments from the NHS, ensuring proper allocation to invoices or sales orders. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments. Communicate effectively with third-party NHS Payment Invoicing companies (SBS, ELFS) to resolve any payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information. Assist with audit preparations and financial reporting. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and data entry. Provide excellent customer service and support to internal teams and external clients. THE CANDIDATE : The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role and a strong understanding of accounting principles. You will need to be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable, and experience in the healthcare or medical sector is a plus.
