We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Shift Manager to join our team in Ollerton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient running of the warehouse operations, prioritizing colleague wellbeing, health and safety, and meeting operational KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a fully stocked inventory
* Ensure all shifts are suitably covered and track any daily absences within your team
* Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement corrective actions to maximize efficiency
* Demonstrate a customer-focused approach to all warehouse activity
* Monitor and report on target expectations and achievements through standard reporting processes
Requirements:
* Experience leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Excellent communication skills and strong IT skills
* Previous experience with continuous improvement
