focussed **Relief Support Worker** with good communication and interpersonal
skills to join our busy and friendly team for our **Croydon and Brent**
Services **. This role is a relief role where the hours will be as and when
required, on a 0-hour** contract. The successful candidate will receive an
hourly rate of **£13.09** per hour inclusive of London Weighting as well as

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* To key work and support clients generally within the service, including designated clients managed under MAPPA arrangements accommodated via our Ministry of Justice contract.
* To provide support to fellow Support Workers to assist them in the safe delivery of the service, helping clients to achieve the aims of their supportcare plan.
* To take an active role in the assessment and management of risk including the operation of physical and situational security measures.
* To ensure that all medication within the Service is managed in line with Trust policy and procedures.
* To supervise and monitor the behaviour of Clients and to ensure that Clients comply with any statutory order including MAPPA expectations, occupancy agreement or house rules
* To support the arrival and departure of clients.
