Job Description:
A large national FM and maintenance company are looking for an experienced (Multi skilled shift data Technician) M&E engineer-electrical biased to be based near to Static Site in Corby. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team.

Main duties include:
14. Carry out all PPM's and reactive works on site
15. Ensure all work is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices
16. Ensure the responsible sites are fully compliant and follow industry best practices.
17. Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within buildings
18. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all employees and clients
19. Maintain the professional image always, and promote services.
20. Ensure all subcontractors are appropriately supervised, and comply with contractual commitments, and site operating processes.
21. Ensure you manage the site logbook system and all paperwork is kept up to date
22. To oversee the management of the on-site CAFM and Concept systems and ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are completed within SLA.
23. Receiving client issues and resolving these issues effectively without disruption to business or compromising client relationships.
24. Be prepared for inclusion on a call out rota for out of hour's emergency response.
25. Provide a high standard of planned preventative and reactive maintenance. Involvement in the ongoing technical evaluation of all plant and equipment. Suggesting improvements where appropriate. Accurate recording and reporting of all maintenance works, to ensure the CAFM database is correctly updated. Carrying out operational duties and maintenance routines as directed by the Shift Supervisor, ensuring work is executed in a safe and suitable manner. Working as directed to ensure timely completion of PPM's and reactive work to SLA. Monitoring and maintaining equipment performance to ensure correct operation of the critical services of the Data Centre. Carrying out Data Hall electrical installations / testing to site specifications. Act as an Authorized Person for LV/HV electrical systems.
26. The ideal candidate will be a qualified to level 3 or above in a recognized electrical or mechanical discipline e.g., City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent. Multi-skilled, with 3 years' experience operating mission critical installations. Good appreciation of the full range of M & E equipment in a modern Data Centre environment e.g., UPS systems, standby generators, BMS, HV and LV switchgear, Air Conditioning and chilled water cooling systems. Good communication skills and able to work as part of a small team.

Applicants for the role must possess the following:
38. Fully electrically qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
39. Need 17thor 18th edition or AM2 qualification,NVQ Level 3 or (236 part 1 and 2) or (C&G 2330 with AM2,2365 AM2)
40. F-Gas,NVQ level 2/3 in Plumbing and Mechanical
41. Experience working within occupied offices
42. Driving Licence
43. Either electrical or mechanical fully qualified
