* £35,000 to £45,000 per year

Hours
* 8-5pm
The role of Secretary/Administrator:
* Provide administrative support to the site team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems, ensuring that records are easily accessible.
* Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, meeting minutes, and other important documents.
* Coordinate site inductions and travel arrangements for the team.
* Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
* Assist with health and safety procedures, including completing relevant paperwork and maintaining records.
* Support the team with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The ideal Secretary/Administrator:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry. (You don't have to have site experience but construction experience is a must)
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of health and safety practices within the construction industry.
* Professionalism and a positive attitude.
