Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our innovative and dynamic marketing team. You’ll be a part of the lead generation marketing team, responsible for developing, leading, and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns that support the business's verticalised goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Verticalised Campaign Focused Strategy and Planning:
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, business development, and the wider business to shape activity plans and create compelling end-to-end integrated campaigns.
* Work closely with verticalised sales reps to develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies for relevant target markets and personas.
* Understand and help to drive forward the business strategy and priorities.
* Be knowledgeable of the latest trends in B2B lead generation marketing, leading the adoption of appropriate new tactics.
* Ensure that an appropriate, standard set of tools and processes are being leveraged.
1. Campaign Execution:
* Lead and create an appropriate mix of marketing activities and campaigns, including, but not limited to, content and copywriting for campaigns and social media, email campaigns, digital tactics, online and in-person events, and more.
* Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
2. Performance Analysis:
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools.
* Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes to adjust strategies and tactics to improve future campaigns.
Requirements
* Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Ability to prioritise, make decisions, take ownership of outputs and delivery to deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools. HubSpot experience would be desirable.
* A good understanding of paid digital marketing channels, such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
* Relationship building across internal, external, technical, and commercial teams.
* Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Marketing (or similar) degree or relevant professional qualification.
* Experience working within a B2B marketing team (desirable).
