Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term (18 months)
Salary: £32,814 - £36,727 p.a.
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: The post holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Work Life Highland project. The Work Life Highland project seeks to establish and provide a simple and clear 'front door' point of entry to:
1. support people progress towards, into and within work
2. support employers to develop their workforce
It seeks to drive client referrals to the Council's Employability services and boost engagements with employers.

Requirements
Evidence of higher education, such as HNC/HND in relative subjects and/or direct relevant experience in a project communication and engagement role.
