Primary School Teacher - Cardiff Position: Year 6 Teacher Location: Cardiff Contract Type: Full-time Pay (per day): £166.32 Start Date: March 2025 We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to work in a Primary School in the centre of Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ambitious Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to make a real impact on the education of Year 6 pupils. Key Responsibilities: Delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons to Year 6 students. Planning and implementing the National Welsh Curriculum, ensuring that all students progress and reach their potential. Assessing and tracking student progress, providing timely feedback to parents and carers. Supporting the development of students' social, emotional, and academic growth. Creating a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment. Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community. What We Are Looking For: A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent). Experience teaching Year 6 (or a keen interest in working with KS2). A passion for education, with a strong commitment to student development. Excellent communication and organisational skills. The ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students to achieve their best.
