We’re hiring for a passionate and knowledgeable Marketing professional to join the Product Marketing team. We’re looking for someone with sharp commercial acumen, who thrives when working across projects with different stakeholders. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
Reporting into the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll support delivery of commercially astute, data-driven and customer-centric marketing campaigns for products within your portfolio (Corporate). You’ll work as part of an ambitious team of Product Marketing professionals working together across the Simplyhealth portfolio, with your focus being on Healthplan.
This role will require you to also work closely with our wider specialist Marketing teams (CRM, Communications, Content, Brand, Growth etc.). You’ll collaborate to deliver acquisition, migration and retention product marketing campaigns that drive business goals and ROI, delivering positive customer outcomes.
You’ll build strong relationships with cross-divisional key stakeholders (from Product, Sales, Clinical and more). You’ll communicate marketing plans and campaign performance with them, as well as support new product development for their areas.
About You
To be considered, you’ll need to have:
* Experience creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns with strong ROI
* Data-centric mindset; experience utilising data and insight to inform approaches and drive outcomes
* Self-motivated approach with a strong analytical mindset; commercially astute and results-driven
* Sound knowledge of all core marketing channels (primarily digital) and experience with key tools (such as CRM)
* Comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders (from external agencies to internal product, marketing, sales, and clinical teams etc.)
* Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects, and at ease in matrix/agile environments
Ideally you’ll also have:
* Knowledge of/interest in the Corporate Health and Wellbeing market
* Prior B2B marketing experience

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach. This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
