INFORM3 RECRUITMENT SHEQ Advisor Job Location: Tyrone Sector: Civil Inform3are recruiting for a SHEQ Advisor to join a large & busy civils contractor based in Tyrone with Irish site visits. Reporting to the Senior SHEQ Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for health and safety, environmental and quality assurance on construction projects. SHEQ Advisor Job Requirements: Conduct safety audits, inspections and investigations Ensure regular risk assessments Ensure all accidents are recorded Ensure all Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, procedures, rules and regulations are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated Maintain and update all relevant SHEQ Department administration. Assist in developing all the required documentation for the SHE Management System to be compliant with OHSAS and ISO and 9001/2015 standards. Compile reports and ensure compliance is consistently maintained Plan and coordinate SHEQ related training for employee SHEQ Advisor Job Specification: NEBOSH Certificate Exposure to and understanding of implementation of OHSAS 45001 or 18001 and ISO 14001 and 9001 Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar Health and Safety role within construction sector Previous experience in the civil engineering industry a preference, Experience of co-ordinating Health and Safety, ISO Quality Standards, Internal Auditing Experience Conducting risk assessments and corresponding corrective action plans, High level of administrative / IT Skills This client appreciates the value of hard work, professional working practices and high standards and in return can offer an excellent overall package to the right person.
