A Day in the life As a Recruitment Assistant in the HR Retail Team, you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager and our Area Managers across the Division to fill their vacancies over our peak Christmas period. You will support across our 9 retail brands.
You will be:
1. Sourcing and attracting top retail talent to apply for our beauty advisor roles across the UK and Ireland.
2. Screening all CV's to provide a shortlist for the area managers on who should move forward to the next stages of the interview process.
3. Conducting telephone screenings to establish the shortlisted applicants' suitability to the position.
4. Holding interviews to assess the behaviours and competencies required for the roles applied to.
5. Updating vacancy trackers/reports to ensure they give an accurate view of our live vacancies.
6. Communicating regular updates to area manager and Talent Acquisition Manager on the progress of the recruitment process for the vacancies you are managing.
You have:
* Previous recruitment experience is essential for the role (retail/media recruitment preferred).
* You should be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.
* You will be a strong communicator, being able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
* Experience using an applicant tracking system is preferred.
