Annual salary £56,316 - £62,202 per annum

We are seeking to appoint a talented and energetic Deputy Headteacher to work at Manor Way Primary Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader, who has drive and dedication and is passionate about education, committed to inclusion and highly motivated to make a difference to the lives of our children.
We are looking for an experienced primary school teacher who:
* has at least five years of teaching experience across the primary age range.
* is passionate about helping all children to thrive and flourish and develop their academic and personal potential.
* possesses the knowledge, skills, and drive to lead school improvement across the curriculum.
* as Teaching and Learning Lead is able to coach, nurture, and empower our teaching staff to develop as highly effective practitioners.
* is able to build strong positive relationships with colleagues, children, and the wider community demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and commitment.
* as SENCo can ensure high standards of teaching and learning, pupil achievement, and progression through effective inclusion for pupils with special educational needs.
* shares our unwavering commitment to safeguarding, welfare, and the well-being of all children and staff.
