The Role
We're hiring a part-time, remote Business Development & Lead Generation professional with proven B2B sales experience. You'll play a key role in identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective clients—building strong foundations for future recruitment partnerships. For the right person, this role could develop into a Recruitment Consultant position.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Proactively researching and identifying SME clients
2. Making confident outbound calls and emails
3. Booking qualified meetings for our consultants
4. Tracking leads, follow-ups, and pipeline in our CRM
5. Collaborating with the wider team on outreach strategy
6. Learning recruitment from the ground up
You Must Have:
1. B2B sales experience (lead generation, telesales, or business development)
2. Not from a retail background—we're looking for consultative, commercial sales ability
3. Confidence and clarity in communication
4. Self-discipline to work independently in a remote setup
5. Genuine interest in recruitment as a potential next step
