We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Analyst to join our expanding global and highly reputable company working in the independent automotive aftermarket. We are looking for a talented, motivated and driven individual to join the Product, Pricing & Marketing team where you will be responsible for managing and analysing a continual process of stock development, encouraging our customer base to take new part numbers from the range into their branches. The role will support the business in increasing the bilstein group’s overall market share across all product ranges, and to maintain the reputation for being 'first/fast to market’ with new product lines. Main duties include: Management of stock cleanse process, including analysis of cleanse requests vs specific customer agreements, arranging collections and processing credit notes. Management of SDA process, including annual reviews and reprofiles, arranging collections and processing of credit notes. Pareto preparation in customer specific format (both bilstein group & market mix where required). Rising stars analysis and communication Assist with competitor cross-referencing Customer gap analysis Customer reprofiling requests Managing "back-in-stock" communications at times of availability issues Customer drop-off analysis, identifying areas of concern, investigating root-cause and implementing corrective actions.
