Healthcare Assistant - Pre-Assessment | Spire Cardiff | Private Hospital | Full Time, 37.5 hrs pw | Permanent Spire Cardiff Hospital are looking for a experienced Healthcare Assistant to join the team within our Pre-Operative Assessment Unit. The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data. Duties and responsibilities: To assist the qualified nursing staff, under their supervision, in providing a high quality, comprehensive nursing service to all patients and users, ensuring a high standard of a patient care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
