Manufacturing Administrator and HR Assistant Role
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Administrator and HR Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and be proficient in data entry, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work efficiently with data sets, ensuring accurate information is inputted into our system. The role involves a range of tasks including time and attendance recording, end-of-month reporting, general administration, and supporting the manufacturing manager with any administrative requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to multitask, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. They will also have experience in working with suppliers, overseeing stock, and completing administrative tasks related to hygiene records.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, plus a 5% quarterly bonus. Our benefits package includes 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, and a company pension contribution of 4%. We are looking for someone who can start on January 2nd, 2025.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Recording time and attendance information using Kronos
* Completing end-of-month reporting
* General administration tasks, including filing, scanning, and uploading documents
* Raising and receiving purchase orders
* Providing reception cover during seasonal peaks
* Supporting the manufacturing manager with administrative tasks
* Overseeing training records and ensuring sign-off sheets are completed
* Regularly communicating with suppliers
* Checking accuracy and completing administration for hygiene records
* Managing stock and ordering supplies
