What the Job Involves This position entails the thorough cleaning of designated internal areas within a school. You will be assigned specific areas to clean daily, which may include toilets, corridors, staff rooms, classrooms, school halls, indoor sports areas, changing rooms, offices, and communal spaces. Tasks include sanitizing toilet areas, general cleaning of rooms, hoovering or mopping floors, and managing waste bins across the premises. In sports areas, particular attention is paid to shower areas and changing rooms. Staff room duties involve sanitizing sinks, work surfaces, and floors. A scrubber dryer machine may be provided in some areas. Comprehensive training in cleaning protocols and equipment usage will be provided.
