What to expect
You’ll have previous experience of leading a team in acustomer facing role. You’ll champion our mission and values tocreate our Starbucks experience for our customers and partners.You’ll understand your market, getting to know the competition andcan identify opportunities to drive store profitability and yourbusiness forward.
The best part about this roleis that no two days are ever the same! Working in one of ourfast-paced stores, a typical day could include:
* Executing the store operations through yourteam to ensure opening, close and weekends are covered by yourselfand your team of partners
* Analysing data andleveraging observations in store to inform decision making thatimproves both the customer and overall store performance
* Working with your store leaders to use forecasting andscheduling tools to manage labour within the required budgets aswell as recruitment of world class and diverse talent that meetsthe store needs
* Cascading and rolling out ofnew initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive businessresults
* Supporting the growth of your partnersthrough performance and development, coaching, and developing yourteam and building positive relationships to understand partnerchallenges, needs and aspirations
* Settingchallenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improvepartner performance
Given thenature of our stores, our working hours could include earlymornings, evenings, and weekends.
