Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Up to £550 per week – Immediate Start

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with various SEN, including emotional, social, and academic challenges
* Supporting students with learning difficulties, communication barriers, and behavioural challenges
* Helping students with revision, academic tasks, and study techniques in a range of subjects
* Supporting the development of key life skills, such as self-regulation, social interaction, and problem-solving
* Building students' confidence and self-esteem, encouraging active participation in lessons
* Working closely with SENCOs and classroom teachers to implement personalised learning plans
* Collaborating with parents and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student
* Creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn
What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology (or a related subject)
* A strong passion for working with children and supporting those with SEN
* Knowledge of psychological theories and approaches related to SEN and emotional/behavioural difficulties
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
* Previous experience working with SEN students or in a similar role is desirable but not essential
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt your approach to meet the needs of each individual student
* A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help students reach their full potential
* Interest in pursuing a career in psychology, education, or SEN support
