Who You Are
* Experience: 6+ years in growth roles within direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses, spanning early-stage startups to scaling operations.
* Budget Management: Proven expertise in managing £1 million+ annual paid marketing budgets, scaling multiple performance marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, affiliates, and others.
* Leadership: Skilled at leading cross-functional initiatives, working collaboratively with executives, engineers, designers, marketers, copywriters, and external partners.
* Interpersonal Skills: A highly motivated teammate with exceptional interpersonal skills, excelling in diverse and cross-geographical environments.
* Communication: Outstanding communicator, confident in delivering the right message at the right time, in both written and verbal forms.
* Strategic Vision: Experienced in developing growth strategies across the entire funnel and customer lifecycle.
* Opportunity Identification: A visionary who identifies and capitalizes on emerging growth opportunities, whether it’s adopting a new channel or innovating within existing ones.
* Proactivity: Proactive and self-driven; while we operate within a global framework, our UK team is lean, requiring agility and a high pace of execution.
* Analytical Skills: Data-driven and analytical, adept at interpreting cohort analytics, building multi-touch attribution models, and leveraging insights to make impactful decisions.
* Prioritization: Strong in prioritization skills, balancing competing initiatives and focusing on the most impactful opportunities.
* Location: We’re a primarily remote team, the ideal candidate for this role would be on timezone +/- 4 hours from GMT

As the Head of Growth, you’ll lead the charge, driving growth strategies and execution across multiple product categories. This is a full-time senior role, requiring creative vision, operational excellence, and an unrelenting passion for growth. What We’re Looking For
* Growth Leadership: We’re looking for a full-stack growth leader. Leading all aspects of growth and marketing, from customer acquisition to retention and lifetime value optimization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
* Team Building: Build and foster a high-performing growth team, cultivating a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
* Strategy Development: Develop and execute a UK-specific growth strategy, leveraging channels such as paid social, paid search, lifecycle, affiliate marketing, TV, and organic growth.
* Channel Ownership: Own all customer acquisition channels, directly or via agency partners, and optimize performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and strategic refinements to maximize ROI.
* Opportunity Management: Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities, maintaining a dynamic pipeline of initiatives aligned with business goals.
* Market Analysis: Conduct UK market research and competitive analysis to tailor successful strategies from global markets for local execution.
* Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the UK leadership team to ensure growth initiatives support overarching business goals and work alongside global teams to share best practices.
* Data Utilization: Use data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and refine growth strategies in real time.
* Reporting: Report on marketing performance and growth metrics, delivering clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Presentation: Prepare and present updates to senior management, providing concise reports on progress, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
* Brand Development: Take a leading role in building our brand presence in the UK, positioning us as a market leader in the DTC health and wellness space.
