Devon County Council is on the lookout for a visionary Reablement Service Manager to lead and innovate within our Eastern Devon Social Care Reablement Service, based in Exeter. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to manage and develop a service that is integral to the health and well-being of our community.
What You'll Do:
1. Spearhead the delivery of Social Care Reablement services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with strategic and statutory requirements.
2. Provide exceptional leadership, managing staff performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
3. Drive the delivery of social care reablement services, contributing to service development and inter-agency collaboration for better integrated solutions.
4. Act as the registered manager, upholding and adhering to the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
What We're Looking For:
5. Proven management experience in adult social care services.
6. A track record of achieving performance targets and handling complex cases.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a large team.
8. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care.
