About the role
Benefact Group, are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to join our Gloucester office on a hybrid basis.
As the Recruitment Marketing Coordinator you will play an important supporting role in attracting top talent to our organisation. You will be supporting the development and execution of innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance our employer brand, engage with potential candidates, and drive qualified applicants to join our Group. This role combines recruitment marketing with an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate our DEI networks promoting diversity and inclusion both inside and outside our workforce.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment Marketing
* Responsible for ensuring that potential talent is engaged with us through effective recruitment marketing channels.
* Developing and delivering social media and comms, including targeted social media and supporting other comms campaigns.
* Developing and updating our global career site.
* Building awareness of our employer brand, especially to markets of targeted talent. Help with storytelling and content across all corners of the business that help demonstrate our EVP.
* Generating high-quality, relevant, and engaging content across various formats, such as blog posts, news stories, job ads, social media posts, videos, infographics, with adherence to brand guidelines.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion
* Coordinate network meetings and raise awareness of our DEI initiatives to support the delivery of the Group HR’s DEI objectives.
* Coordinate the rollout of a detailed DEI action plan with short and long-term goals
* Promoting our DEI offering externally to potential candidates, increase storytelling.
Knowledge, skills and experience
* Recruitment marketing and/or employer branding, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
* Capacity to generate fresh and innovative content ideas that resonates with the audience and differentiates the brand.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and potentially external partners.
