1. Clinical Pharmacy knowledge associated with a Pharmacy degree course.
2. Experience gained through preregistration training

Qualifications

1. BSc, BPharm or MSc in Pharmacy
2. Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
3. Diploma or MSc in hospital clinical pharmacy gained through post-graduate study OR Certificate or diploma in community pharmacy plus successful 6 months band 6 probation
