Job summary The CAD Technician will have a shared input into both the Capital Projects and Estates team at East Surrey Hospital and assist the management team in management of the centralised CAD library in addition to updating legacy infrastructure geometry and documents with updated information. The CAD Technician will work in accordance British / UK standards, delivering CAD drawing to the Estates and Capital services, as well as the wider Trust stakeholders. Main duties of the job The role requires the individual to interrogate complex datasets and communicate withvarious teams and departments for verification, ensuring high quality results in a timelymanner. Prepare, edit, update, and manage the Trusts CAD drawings and drawing library on an on-going basis with an emphasis on quality of work, accuracy, and attention to detail at all stages of the process. 2. Able to interpret various data sources and formats and translate these into an understandable and useable source of information for Estates and Capital team members and the wider Trust, where there may be barriers to understanding of technical drawings. 3.
