Join our Drilling Services Tender Team
As our Drilling Services Tender Manager you will be responsible for the preparation, submission and review of tenders, proposals, bids, cost models and RFQs. You will also be involved in market analysis, price benchmarking, productivity and contract negotiation. You will ensure compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will lead the development of business plans for Drilling Services.
As our Tender Manager Drilling Services you will also be responsible for:
1. Providing expertise and developing technical solutions as part of the pre-ITO process while interfacing with the commercial team.
2. Driving Costing, Sales, Operations & Engineering teams for all relevant Product Line inputs to ensure alignment to tender requirements and commercial strategy.
3. Identifying risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies and interacting with key stakeholders.
4. Advising on any commercial matters that could influence tenders and support the Sales and Commercial team in delivering the proposal.
5. Understanding customer drivers and tender requirements and translating these into actionable and winning opportunity strategies.
6. Engaging with sourcing, supply chain, costing team and other stakeholders to coordinate the preparation of a detailed estimate, ensuring it is aligned to the agreed Capture Plan strategy.

To be successful in this role you will:
1. Show extensive experience in a technical or commercial role that is customer facing in Drilling Services.
2. Demonstrate technical knowledge of both the products and the environment where the products and systems are used.
3. Manage complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
4. Demonstrate technical, economical, market, logistical and financial capabilities required in creating proposals, bids, tenders, RFQs, etc.
5. Collaborate with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
6. Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English.
7. Demonstrate effective interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
