We’re looking for a Coordinator to join our busy team in Exeter to provide support to both our internal and external customers.
The Coordinator will play a key role in providing admin support to our engineers and a first line of response for our clients. In collaboration with the Managers and Support Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ needs and requirements remain paramount while consistently exceeding their expectations.
Daily duties:
1. Dispatching engineers to priority jobs
2. Maintaining historic and current work order history
3. Liaising with 3rd party contacts for quotes and bookings
4. Receiving and dealing with telephone calls and emails
5. Enabling smooth and timely progression of work in line with clients SLA’s and KPI’s
6. Provide admin support to our internal departments
Essential criteria:
1. Exceptional organisational and efficiency skills
2. Experience working in a customer care or administrative role
3. The ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
4. Geographical knowledge of the UK
5. Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Skills
6. The ability to accurately input data and maintain attention to detail
