Head of PMO
Cambridge (full-time on-site):

1. Strong people and motivational leadership skills and proven experience leading a team of Project Managers.
2. Established Project / Programme management background, delivering complex in-house electro-mechanical / hardware, embedded software product development projects, from concept through to delivery.
3. Electronic product manufacturing lifecycle knowledge.
4. Continuous improvement / business transformation change management experience developing processes and procedures.
5. Strong business, governance and financial acumen.
6. Agile &/or Waterfall and established project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, APM etc.

Duties:

1. Lead and effect change in this small PMO team, operating at senior management level and potential successor to the R&D Directorship function.
2. Scope, plan and run a team delivering complex hardware and software related wireless communications projects, involving digital and analogue, RF, PCB, embedded and application level software, mechanical, approvals, NPI.

Role: Head of PMO / Head of Project Management
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £90-110K with attractive benefits package including private healthcare, company performance bonus (on average 5-6%), pension, dental plan, life assurance, early finish on Fridays and the opportunity to work for a highly respected Cambridge business.
