About the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our Resourcing team. In this role, you will provide essential support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting job adverts on various platforms.
* Managing applications, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
* Communicating with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interview schedules.
* Preparing and issuing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
* Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and HR systems.
* Conducting pre-employment checks, such as right-to-work verifications and reference requests.
* Handling recruitment-related enquiries from candidates and employees.
* Supporting the Resourcing team with general administrative tasks when required.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a recruitment or office administration role (desirable but not essential).
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
