Job Description
* Process and maintain financial records in an accurate and timely manner.
* Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable.
* Perform reconciliations of bank statements.
* Assist with the preparation of annual budgets.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Assist in auditing services for the business services industry.
* Work collaboratively within the Accounting & Finance team to achieve targets.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
* Knowledge of accounting software is advantageous.
* Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
