About the Role: As a CAD Package Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the Electrical/Electronic Engineering (EES) department, focusing on the design and integration of electrical systems that power customer-facing features. You will work collaboratively across teams to ensure that all package requirements are met with precision and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain open points documents for all 3D package issues within the EESM department. Chair zonal package reviews and produce comprehensive documentation. Prioritize and manage workloads using the CAD Request system. Develop KPIs for 2D/3D data within the LCA environment. Maintain interface definition catalogues for effective communication of requirements. Provide technical guidance for complex design solutions across vehicle environments. Support budget submissions for package department needs. Operate within a systems engineering framework, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Prepare and present regular status updates on technical issues and project developments. Uphold company standards regarding personal integrity, safety, and legal compliance. What We're Looking For: A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BEng (Hons) preferred). Relevant experience in a similar role is highly desirable. Strong technical skills and a passion for innovative design. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Why Join Us?
