Internal Sales Professional
Our client, a national electrical wholesaler, is looking for a talented and ambitious sales professional to maximize and expand on their current and potential customer base.
This is a proactive internal sales role involving:
1. Taking and making inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers.
2. Working as part of a team within the sales department.
3. Good understanding of electrical products and electrical supplies.
4. Clear telephone manner and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service.
5. A can-do attitude - we always try to make it work for the customer.
6. Attention to detail & able to manage own workload.
7. A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
8. A proven track record of working in telephone sales in the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is essential.
9. Ambition to progress and achieve with a good sense of humour.
10. Willingness to assist in other areas of the business during busy/holiday periods.
11. Revisiting dormant accounts and approaching with a view to account reactivation.
12. Liaising with manufacturers to secure the best terms possible and quoting on special projects.
Basic salary of £32K plus a bonus scheme making OTE in the region of £40K - £45K.
