The key responsibilities of the Hard FM Technical Support role are as follows:
Management Support
Support the RD front door to all stakeholders for all aspects of HFM and asset management delivery.
Provide secretariat support to the HFM working groups and technical cells for HFM and asset management ensuring alignment between the DIO strategic intent / policy and customer need within RD plans.
Promote a positive, collaborative and proactive working environment within the team, and with key enabling functions, particularly Estate Strategy (AIM team) and Technical Services.
Support the RD CoE Asset Management Team and individuals to build capability.
