About the role
Availability Window:
Days: Mon 05:30 - 14:30, Fri 14:30 - 23:30, Sat 14:30 - 23:30
Shift Leader pay: Starts from £14.28 an hour; increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities for fewer hours (to a minimum of 12).
As a Shift Leader you’ll:
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Take ownership of running duty shifts.
* Be there for customers and help them.
* Look for ways to improve service.
* Guide and support your colleagues.
* Maintain understanding of store performance.
* Lead by example.
