At our site in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, we are looking to recruit an Account Associate to join our Clinical Pathology Services team (CPS). The Account Associate is responsible for coordinating the activities within CPS and will work alongside the Toxicology Study Directors, providing administrative support in the conduct and organisation of multiple studies and study types. As an Account Associate you will: - Review relevant sections of draft Toxicology protocols and discuss/resolve ambiguities/anomalies with the group prior to definitive protocol production - Ensure studies are setup in a timely manner, both on systems and supporting documentation - To attend all required Start Up Meetings - To set-up Clinical studies where required and produce all supporting documentation as per current procedure - To act as a second point of contact to the Clinic and/or internal departments in the absence of the CPS Coordinators - To check all documentation for the Clinical Coordinator - Learns to schedule workload to ensure internal operational groups', study director's, and the client's expectations for conducting studies are upheld - Learns to use software tools to efficiently and accurately complete job duties.
