We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Finance Assistant / Accounts Administratorwho is highly numerate, with previous accounting experience and excellent organisational and Microsoft Office skills.
Working as the Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will be responsible for banking correspondences and financial and accounting general enquiries.
As the Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator you will be dealing with financial accounts reconciliations and accounting.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Finance Assistant / Accounts Administrator will include:
1. Banking correspondences with HSBC
2. Banking correspondences with Group Treasury
3. Financial accounts reconciliations and accounting
4. Financial accounting general enquiries
5. Audit assistance - year-end and interim audit, statutory audits, HMRC audits
6. Year-end reporting
7. Project work
8. Assisting the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, managing donation/sponsorship requests, liaising with internal and external parties
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
9. Previous accounting experience
10. Comfortable working in a small team
11. An organised and analytical approach
12. Able to deliver results and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy
13. Computer literate in all MS Office applications
14. Previous working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
15. AAT Part qualified (desired)
