An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join our Housing Partnerships team in Bolton. The main purpose of the role is to raise the profile (awareness) of Housing Partnerships and Engineering Services business, by developing and creating engaging content for both internal and external audiences across a wide variety of digital and offline platforms. Benefits: Competitive Salary / 26 Days Holidays / Pension Scheme / Free Parking / Private Health Care / Professional Development & Training Opportunities / Free Wellbeing Initiatives such as eye care vouchers, occupational health, employee assistance programme / Ministry of Fun / Flexible Working / Online Retailer Discounts (Seddon Smartspending) What youll do: Work with the board and Marketing Manager to develop the brand and marketing strategy for the Housing Partnerships and Engineering Services businesses Work with the board to develop a plan for capturing and sharing customer feedback at key stages of the customer lifecycle Develop suitable case studies to fit with our brand strategy focusing on outcomes and impacts on people and communities - for award submissions, PR activity and use in bids Work with the PR company, and board of directors and Marketing Manager to develop content for all media channels Develop Housing Partnerships social media strategy and presence alongside the Content Marketing Assistant - including training and mentoring the board to post. Ensure content is updated on the website Plan, design and create engaging content for Yammer and the Hub channels alongside the Marketing Manager and Content Marketing Assistant Help with production of team briefs Assist in organising communication events Lead on the programme of award submissions around the yearly planner. Help co-ordinate guests and logistics for dinners etc Develop a calendar of social events, awards, networking etc that assist in delivering the plan of raising business profile to stakeholders Develop the brand and marketing strategy for events including themes, topics, stand design and marketing collateral Attend events and represent the business in a professional manner Support bid teams in document design and templates Liaison and co-ordination with Business Development teams to create content for use in bids and tenders Develop active listening skills - asking questions to understand the customers challenges and not just to sell solutions May be required to write sections of bids or PQQ's - as necessary Have you got what it takes: Ideally at least 1 to 2 years experience working in similar role Excellent communications skills, including writing, editing, and speaking; ability to communicate simply and effectively. Creative, flexible and able to work well with others. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders Ability to work as part of a team with demonstrable initiative and enthusiasm Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent IT skills across the Microsoft package as well as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Confident and outgoing personality Well organised with excellent attention to detail Self-motivated with Excellent time management and organisational skills Competent using Premier Pro, After Effects and other video editing software (not essential).
