Director of Sales (Multi-Property) Are you a strategic sales leader with multi-property, area or cluster experience, a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results? At Radisson Hotel Group, we’re seeking an accomplished and dynamic Director of Sales to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships and inspire a team of Account Managers to achieve excellence for a defined portfolio of up to 6 hotels in the UK. This is a pivotal role where you’ll also take ownership of a diverse portfolio of up to 20 accounts, execute our sales strategy and lead your team to unlock new business opportunities across the UK & Ireland. We are ideally seeking candidates located in the Midlands, North West, North East, or South West of England to ensure convenient access and a manageable commute to their assigned hotels. What You’ll Do: As Director of Sales, you’ll: Lead and Inspire: Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, empowering them to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically grow profitable revenues and market share for RHG’s multi-branded hotel portfolio. Build Strong Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and owners, key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and creating value-driven solutions. Execute Strategy: Align with the RHG sales strategy and implement clear, actionable plans to support hotel needs and business goals. Identify Opportunities: Actively target and secure new business, driving growth across key segments, including transient, M&E, and strategic accounts. Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee the performance of your Account Managers, ensuring the successful delivery of sales objectives. Develop consultative sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities across existing and new accounts. Lead the organization and execution of client engagement activities such as trade fairs, workshops, site inspections and Fam Trips. Support hotel launches, tactical sales initiatives, and other strategic goals. Build collaborative relationships with third-party intermediaries (TMCs, PCOs) to enhance account development. Leverage RHG systems (SAP C4C, Hotelligence, Lanyon, CVENT) to analyze and track performance. Manage end-to-end negotiations, including transient RFPs, with full accountability for results. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
