We are looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and experienced Alternative Provision (AP) Tutor to work with young people in and around Middlesbrough, providing 1:1 or small-group tuition outside of mainstream education. About the Role: As an AP Tutor, you will work with students who may be excluded, home-educated, or have additional learning needs. Your role is to re-engage learners, build trust, and deliver personalised education in a way that suits each individual’s pace and style.
